Recognizing the Enemy’s Strategy: The enemy operates by deception and he comes to do 3 things… kill, steal, and destory. The devil’s main tool is to get us to believe lies about him, about God, or ourselves.

“The enemy’s attacks are always wrapped in the packaging of deception, they are always designed to manipulate the truth about God, and about your value to Him. The devil desires to lead you into sin so that you feel like your fellowship with God has been broken— and you want to disconnect yourself from the Source of true power and strength. Yet Hebrews 4:16 tells us that we have a great high priest in Heaven, Jesus Christ, forever making intercession for us. It says, “Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has ascended into heaven, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess. For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet he did not sin. Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.” Run to the throne of God with boldness do not let the deceitfulness of sin separate you from the Love of God.
